Positive visualization (Seminar)

We will, during this seminar, make a first foray into the marvelous organization of our body and our mind .

We will discover and explore a surprising technique as to the effects it can cause, namely positive visualization. During the day we will experience this technique, which combines relaxation work and visualization work and we will see how, thanks to simple rules of functioning of our brain and our organism, we can explain the positive results of this method for our health, for our well-being, and also for carrying out the projects that are important to us.
